Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a DEXA scan with Scanletics Ltd. By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking Appointments
1.1. All appointments for DEXA scan services must be booked exclusively through our official booking portal.
1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
1.3. Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your appointment and a link to manage your booking.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
2.1. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
2.2. To reschedule or cancel, you must use the unique management link provided in your booking confirmation email. Requests made via phone, email, or other methods will not be considered valid.
2.3. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
2.4. If you fail to attend your appointment ("no-show"), or if you attempt to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
3. Mandatory Justification Form
3.1. Prior to your DEXA scan, you are required to complete a mandatory Justification Form. This form contains essential medical and lifestyle questions to ensure the procedure is appropriate and justified for you.
3.2. The form will also be sent to you via email after your booking is confirmed and should be completed and submitted online as soon as possible.
3.3. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on the Justification Form. SCANLETICS LTD shall not be held liable for any adverse events, consequences, or misinterpretations of results arising from incorrect, false, or incomplete information provided by you.
4. On-Site Form Completion and Non-Justification
4.1. If you have not submitted the Justification Form before arriving for your appointment, you will be required to complete it on-site before the procedure can begin. Please allow extra time for this.
4.2. In the event that the Justification Form is completed and submitted less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, and the information provided indicates that the DEXA scan cannot be clinically justified, we reserve the right to take one of the following actions:
a) Cancel the procedure without a refund. This is because the appointment slot was held and cannot be filled at short notice.
b) Offer to reschedule your appointment to a future date, allowing time to address the justification issues. This is offered at our sole discretion.
4.3. The final decision on whether a procedure is justified rests with our qualified clinical staff. Their primary responsibility is to ensure your safety and adhere to regulatory standards.
